14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Include all original packaging and labels.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used dietary supplements.
- Products with broken or removed safety seals.
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper storage.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
